For over 30 years, we have been dedicated to providing personalized home health care and assisted living services to individuals in need. Proudly founded on Cape Cod, TLC was one of the first privately owned home health care agencies on the Cape - setting a standard of compassionate, individualized care that continues to guide us today.
A Legacy That Started with Family
TLC was founded by Kathleen Catrambone, whose compassion, strength, and dedication became the foundation of everything we do. In the mid-1980s, Kathleen moved to Cape Cod to care for her grandparents. It was during that time that she discovered her deep passion for caring for the elderly - a passion that would later grow into the company she built from the ground up.
Continuing Her Legacy
In January, we lost Kathleen. She was the backbone of this company and the heart behind its mission. Today, her legacy lives on in every caregiver, every client relationship, and every moment of care we provide.
We are proud to carry her vision forward as we continue to deliver personalized, high-quality care that supports independence, preserves dignity, and brings peace of mind to families.
Leadership Today
Following Kathleen's passing, TLC is now co-owned by her daughter, Liz, alongside longtime office manager, Rebecca, who serves as Director.
Having worked closely with Kathleen for years, Rebecca brings both experience and heart to her role, helping to ensure that every client continues to receive the same level of care TCL was built on.
Because we are intentionally hands-on, you'll often connect directly with Rebecca when you call. This allows us to truly get to know our clients and their families - so care is never one-size-fits-all, but thoughtful, familiar, and deeply personal.
